All Nvidia G84 and G86s are bad
這樣講就不太適合,畢竟過熱還是notebook才會遇到的問題….這邊就是INQ的幸災樂禍了。
簡單講就是NVIDIA的熱設計實在是沒有針對notebook作,晶片的發熱量本身對notebook來說太大了,所以Notebook用的G84/G86(80nm process)系列基本上是全部有問題的狀態;不過使用到G92的8800產品就沒問題嗎?G9x系列的G92、G94、G96都是65nm的產品,能把問題改善嗎?這種預期心理其實才是未來的NVIDIA最大的挑戰。

實質上RAMBUS的邏輯裡面,根本就是把整個DDR都當他們家做的,那當然要告誰隨他們….
還勒索六年了哩。XD
不過有個有趣的事情是,NVIDIA目前的Digital Media Processor Engineering的vice president是前RAMBUS的vice president,Frank Fox Ph.D. ….XD
